Aerospace & Transportation, one of the 3 business units of Constellium, is the worldwide leader of aluminum value-added plates for aerospace and a key player in General Engineering, Defense and Transportation aluminum applications. Primary Purpose: The Segment/Regional Sales Manager is a key member of the Sales Organization serving as the company’s representative to the customer, and market/product specialist for one of the five key commercial segments. The S/RSM is also the voice of the customer at the mill as well as the company’s eyes and ears in the marketplace. This role requires excellent communication skills to be effective. The S/RSM must be highly effective working at all levels within a customer’s organization, including procurement, production, technology and senior management. In turn the S/RSM must work well internally with all departments and management levels of the Constellium organization in order to properly service the customer. This includes Inside Sales, Marketing, Technology, Quality, Production, Accounting, Supply Chain and many others.
