Position Summary: The Sales Segment Management Intern will assist the Senior VP of Residential Segments with segment strategy, organizational effectiveness, and execution. This role focuses on moving from siloed operations to a unified strategy by analyzing distinct market verticals to identify opportunities for cross-segment collaboration and reducing redundant efforts. A key focus will be researching and recommending optimal organizational structures that balance leadership, data insights, and administrative support.
