About The Position

ACCIONA is a global company focused on regenerative infrastructure. The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a significant infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a joint venture including ACCIONA. This project will add express lanes and bus rapid transit stations to a major Georgia corridor. The Segment Schedule Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules across multiple work segments to ensure alignment with overall project timelines. This role involves coordinating with various teams, tracking progress, identifying risks, preparing reports, and ensuring segments meet key milestones and project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with self-perform work scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the segment’s integrated project schedule across all phases (design, procurement, permitting, and construction).
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to define activity sequencing, critical paths, and key interfaces.
  • Analyze schedule performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
  • Collaborate on resource planning and allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to support timely execution.
  • Monitor progress and generate detailed reporting (narratives, look-aheads, KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements, project goals, and industry best practices.
