As a Vice President Segment Marketing Manager in Consumer Bank, you will drive roadmap development, product messaging, and retention levers based on business objectives and customer insights. You will work to ensure customer needs drive decisions and that every interaction is accountable to outcomes that move the business. Act as the voice of the customer for our customer segments. Translate customer’s habits, wants and needs into winning positioning, product launches, and test and learn agendas that improve customer experience and hit OKRs.
