About The Position

The Segment Business Development Manager accelerates growth within one of Schneider Electric’s strategic global industry segments. This individual contributor will define segment strategy, identify new business opportunities, and position Secure Power and digital energy solutions within the broader Schneider Electric portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, segment management, or sales
  • Knowledge of power systems, digital infrastructure, and edge solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to influence and operate effectively within a global matrix organization

  • Experience with integrated power architectures and mission-critical environments
  • Familiarity with sustainability and decarbonization trends impacting global industries
  • Strong presentation skills and experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive segment strategy and market growth across all regions
  • Engage customers, develop relationships, and build pipeline
  • Shape and position segment-specific solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Act as a subject matter expert and represent Schneider Electric externally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Secure Power and across other business units to enable solution adoption
