Provides strategic leadership for the seed sales function within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability. Leads the development and execution of sales strategies while working cross-functionally with Sales Managers, Crop Specialists, and other divisions to deliver whole-farm solutions and maximize customer value. Provides leadership, direction, and oversight to the seed sales function and Seed Operations team. Leads seed treatment strategy for the company. Develops and coaches Crop Specialists through structured sales coaching, performance management, and ongoing skill development to build a high-performing sales organization.
