About The Position

The Event Security position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security for all events. Special security assignments may be available during non-event days/nights. The security team is a provider of direct service to our guests and must always exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED certification.
Six months to one year of security experience, preferably in a similar environment.
CLEET Certified Law Enforcement Officer.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions.
Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
Must be able to lift and/or move heavy objects and hear.

Responsibilities

Patrol all assigned locations as directed, stationary and mobile.
Work independently, judging and assessing situations for immediate response.
Secures property from damage, theft, and vandalism.
Courteously investigates persons who look suspicious or out of place.
Responds to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and requests for service as required.
Maintains records, logs, databases, filing systems, and other necessary records/forms as directed by the Security Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
