About The Position
American Communications Solutions and By Light Professional IT Services, together as Full Spectrum Operations (FSO) are hiring dedicated and talented IT professionals under the Eastern Western Operational Communications Services (EWOCS) contract. EWOCS provides reliable high-quality communications and innovative IT solutions for the Guardians, Airmen, and Government agencies assigned to Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, and Vandenberg Air Force Base. The Security Video Technicians area of responsibility is to maintain functionality of access control, intrusion detection, public address, and video surveillance systems.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to operate a hydraulic boom lift trailer
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience with Secure Video Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control Systems, Public Address Systems and associated hardware.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations and general maintenance of Bosch/Radionics Security Panels, C-Cure and Lenel Access Control systems, Ocularis Video Management systems and Analog Camera Systems.
- Support Public Address events
- Setup portable equipment including microphones, mixers, speakers, and Bluetooth receivers
- Coordinate with customers to support various events
- Complete Western Range Routine Requirements associated with customer account access and permissions and more
- Complete Trouble tickets on ticketing boards such as EITAAS(ServiceNow) and CIPS related
- Utilize diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify and resolve system, network, and power related issues
- Support operational readiness in a high-availability, mission-focused environment
- Execute hardware installation under projects and monthly maintenance
