About The Position

Senior Resource Group-SRG has been an innovator in the development and operation of senior living communities across the USA for over 37 years. This role involves greeting vehicles, assisting residents and visitors, tagging keys, parking and retrieving cars, assisting with packages and luggage, patrolling property, verifying visitors, ensuring building security, documenting incidents, reporting concerns, monitoring cameras, conducting hazard inspections, maintaining resident confidentiality, assisting during emergencies, and ensuring compliance with policies. The position requires the ability to work various hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel to other communities.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to maintain consistent and regular attendance.
  • Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with the residents, other team members, and support agencies.
  • Must be able to work safely in different weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold.
  • Must hold a valid and applicable state driver’s license with no moving violations in the past five (5) years.
  • Must submit a current copy (not older than three months) of the Department of Motor Vehicles Driving Record Report.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all vehicles entering the driveway and assist residents and visitors with opening/closing vehicle doors.
  • Tag vehicle keys with date & time, make/model, etc.
  • Effectively park and retrieve cars without causing damage to the vehicle. Drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Assist residents or visitors with packages or luggage. Deliver packages received in the loading dock to corresponding units, areas, departments, or offices.
  • Patrol all areas of the property, including the perimeter and interior of the building.
  • Verify all visitors and direct them as appropriate.
  • Ensure all building doors and windows are closed and secure at the appropriate designated times.
  • Document and report all vehicle incidents such as damage, accidents, theft, missing articles, etc.
  • Report security or safety concerns, hazards, and potential security issues to their supervisor or the manager onsite.
  • Monitor camera feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
  • Assist during emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work early hours, nights, weekends, holidays, or as needed with limited advanced notice.
  • Travel to other communities if needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
