Security Technicians install and service Access Control Systems, Video Systems, Visitor Management, and more. The role involves basic and advanced electronics installation and/or servicing of all required systems, including troubleshooting and recommending repair options. Responsibilities also include submitting complete and accurate paperwork, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, responding to customer technical inquiries, troubleshooting, programming and configuration of Lenel, Genetec or Brivo Systems, and executing work in accordance with regulations and company policies. Maintaining accurate van inventory is also a key responsibility.
