About The Position

Stihl Wolf is looking for a dependable, professional Security Team Member to help create a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, observant, and comfortable handling difficult situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Hours range from very part-time to part-time depending on availability and business needs.

Requirements

• Comfortable with confrontation and conflict resolution
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

• Security, law enforcement, military, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Check IDs and monitor guest entry
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
• De-escalate conflicts and address disruptive behavior professionally
• Monitor crowd activity and identify potential issues before they escalate
• Assist bartenders and staff as needed
• Perform bar back duties, including stocking beer, liquor, ice, and supplies
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bar
• Assist with opening and closing tasks
• Enforce house rules and alcohol service policies
