About The Position

Assists in the training and supervision of Huntsville Hospital courtesy, call center, security officer, command center, and courier staff. Under the supervision of the assigned Department Supervisor, is responsible for the day to day operations.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
CPR certification (within initial 90 days of employment).
Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification (within initial 90 days of employment).
State of Alabama Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement & an up to date/current DOT Medical Examiners Certificate (required).
Minimum of one (1-2) year supervisory experience.
Minimum of one (1-2) year customer service experience.
Possess a driver's license and be insurable by HH standards.
Some computer skills with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to enforce policies in an assertive, yet courteous, manner.

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred.
Leadership in health care setting preferred.
