About The Position

The purpose of this position is to uphold Security policies and procedures and to provide administrative support to Loss Prevention/Security while maintaining access control and providing premier customer service to a certain corporate facility. Responsible for executing the guest management policies and procedures within Publix facilities. Responsible for Associate/Guest/Vendor Verification Responsible for completing administrative tasks associated with Loss Prevention/Security department. Responsible for maintaining records, both written and electronic, of all guests/vendors Reviewing Smart Alerts & LPMS Case Assignment Processing paperwork Responsible for managing the assigning's of company pool cars.

Requirements

  • 6 months experience in an office setting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
  • Must be able to work a variable work schedule
  • Must be able to read and write clearly and concisely
  • Must be able to communicate verbally
  • Must be able to analyze information and multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • College level coursework in criminal justice or other related studies
  • One or more years of experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
  • Knowledge of basic security techniques and first aid
