About The Position
This position is responsible for overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel. The role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to facilitate change and work effectively with others. The Security Supervisor will be expected to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Clear a criminal background check.
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to facilitate progressive change, getting along with other employees, following directions and continually improving.
- Clear and effective oral and written communications skills.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers.
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation), stair climbing.
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility.
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
- Previous security experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Must have Steel Toes.
