Requirements

• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising security staff in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
• First aid certification and CPR training to respond effectively during emergencies
• Background in law enforcement, military, or security roles that demonstrate discipline and situational awareness
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Familiarity with security procedures, access control systems, and CCTV monitoring tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and assertively in high-pressure scenarios
• Must have Security License
• Must have Security Experience
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective coverage across all designated areas
• Oversee surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring, to detect and respond to suspicious activity or security breaches
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises, including entrances, exits, and sensitive zones
• Manage incident reports, security logs, and shift documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies or investigations as needed
• Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations swiftly and professionally
• Ensure all security protocols are followed consistently by team members and visitors alike
