WHAT OUR SECURITY SUPERVISORS DO Our Security Supervisors maintain a safe and secure environment for Guests and Team Members. You’ll oversee security operations, enforce safety protocols, and provide exceptional Guest service while responding to incidents professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Law enforcement experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain constant attention and focus on Guests, Team Members, and surroundings.
- Communicate via two-way radios and telephone.
- Attend daily leadership meetings to ensure proper labor scheduling and communication with all departments.
- Maintain documentation of records including attraction down events, throughput, first aid and security calls/reports, lost and found.
- Execute emergency procedures and act as primary communication liaison as necessary.
- Provide support to park leadership personnel, safety, security, and outside EMS.
- Execute internal and external loss prevention efforts through monitoring surveillance video.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
