Security Supervisor
About The Position
Provide exceptional internal and external guest service while maintaining a professional presence on the casino floor. Supervise and direct security officers to ensure compliance with departmental procedures and gaming regulations. Ensure the safety and security of employees, guests, property, and company assets. Maintain knowledge of and enforce applicable state and local gaming laws and regulations. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, disturbances, and safety incidents. Monitor casino operations to identify and address security risks, policy violations, or suspicious activity. Coordinate with Surveillance, Management, and law enforcement as necessary. Complete accurate incident reports and required documentation.
