Requirements

3+ years of security experience – You know the ins and outs of keeping people and property safe.
Flexible schedule – Ready to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet hotel needs.
Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications – Because safety and compliance are non-negotiable.
Strong leadership skills – You motivate your team and lead by example.
Attention to detail and communication – You keep everyone informed and on the same page.

Responsibilities

Assist in hiring, training, and coaching security associates to build a strong, reliable team.
Maintain detailed logs of incidents and complaints, coordinating follow-ups with other departments as needed.
Stay sharp on fire and emergency procedures, making sure your team knows their roles when it counts.
Enforce hotel security policies everywhere, ensuring safety rules are followed 24/7.
Prepare your team for VIP arrivals and special events by briefing supervisors and coordinating extra security measures.
