About The Position

Seeking a Security Supervisor to direct personnel involved in establishing, promoting, and maintaining hospital security and property protection programs. This role involves maintaining performance improvement activities within the department, participating in Quality Assurance, and assuring the competency of all personnel. The supervisor will assist with department operational and capital budgets, implement security functions, and maintain positive working relationships with local, county, and state officials. Ensuring the highest level of performance from all department members in security matters and maintaining an efficient and effective department operation while complying with all HFAP, state, federal, and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols are key responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license with good driving record
BLS certification from approved BLS course required, will provide training
Minimum of five (5) years experience in security, within a health care facility preferred.
