Temporary Construction Security Supervisor
About The Position
We are seeking dependable and professional Security Supervisors to provide on-site security at a construction site. This role is critical in safeguarding valuable equipment and maintaining a secure environment. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling various locations. Officers preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Security Officers provide customer service and information to employees and customers.
Requirements
- 1 year security experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Must pass our drug screen and background check
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Supervisors

- 1 year supervisor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor and protect sensitive equipment
- Control access and ensure only authorized personnel
- Identify and report suspicious activity
- Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time, which may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain
- Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
- Actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling various locations
- Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area
- Provide customer service and information to employees and customers
