About The Position

Security Supervisor responsibilities include: - Supervise, direct, and oversee the Allied Universal Protection Services personnel that provide physical security. - Assist in security inspections and training with local law-enforcement. - Coordinate the physical security activities of an assigned shift in addition to ensuring the consistency of operations across all shifts. - Resolve day to day issues and enforce policies and procedures. - Ensure all assigned projects are completed on schedule or ahead of schedule. - Appropriately and professionally address security concerns or questions posed by site employees.

Requirements

Ability to work part-time schedule Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Familiar with multiple aspects pertaining to security, fire, medical, and/or crisis management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and customers.
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to operate company owned vehicles.
Must be able to pass a psychological assessment prior to start.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

Experience creating and delivering relevant security related presentations.
Report writing experience i.e. ability to investigate facts, interview witnesses, and formulate official security reports.
Valid Concealed Carry Permit.
