Requirements

• High School Diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred
• 2+ years security experience, including 1 year supervisory
• Valid State Guard License
• Strong knowledge of security operations
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work flexible hours
• You’re a strong, motivating leader
• You communicate clearly and confidently
• You handle stressful situations with composure
• You understand security operations and technology
• You’re organized, proactive, and solution‑focused
• You excel at coaching and developing teams

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security staff
• Perform Security Officer duties when needed
• Implement and enforce security procedures
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
• Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
• Communicate with operations management
• Conduct inspections and manage staff sign-in/out
• Assist with payroll and personnel management
