As a Security Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel, its guests, Team Members, and property. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment, responding to incidents, and upholding hotel policies and procedures. Your dedication to safety and security contributes to the overall positive experience of our guests and the smooth operation of the hotel. You're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Requirements

  • Experience in security or a related field.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
  • Ability to respond effectively to incidents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform security duties, which may include patrolling, standing for extended periods, and responding to emergencies.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
