About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist- Night Shift! We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help protect our people, property, and operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in security, loss prevention, military, or law enforcement
• High School diploma or equivalent (degree in criminal justice or related field preferred)
• Experience with security systems and surveillance technology
• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
• Effective communication and report writing abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and travel as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify security risks
• Investigate incidents such as theft, fraud, or policy violations
• Document and report findings, incidents, and corrective actions
• Support emergency response and crisis management efforts
• Deliver training on security awareness and loss prevention
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance
• Recommend improvements to enhance security and reduce risk
