Requirements
- Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Willing to work in a high level customer service-oriented environment.
- Understanding in the use of DISS
- Must work effectively independently and with others.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates should have a strong compassion to provide customer service, be administratively organized and demonstrate excellent customer service skills both in person, email, and over the phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform a wide range of functions and tasks which require proficiency in educating and implementing policy as it relates to security matters.
- Collaborate with other members of the IC regarding security concerns.
- Support internal and external customers related to clearance processing.
- Perform administrative tasks using various tools and databases to prepare correspondence, reports, and deliverables.
- Create and present Industrial and Physical Security Program informational briefing and training sessions.
- Conduct Indoctrinations/Debriefs
- Facilitate visitor clearance passing/receiving
- Perform various physical and personnel security engagements
- Assist with policy and directive creation and updates
- Assist with security training and education
- Ability to fingerprint using customer provided technology.
