Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, their families, and our employees. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role
Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
Understanding of emergency response protocols and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the company, its employees, and its assets
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats
Monitor and analyze security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as needed
Train and educate employees on security protocols and emergency procedures
Collaborate with external security agencies and law enforcement as necessary
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to security measures
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and investigations
Participate in emergency response drills and exercises
Other duties as assigned by management
