About The Position

BAE Systems, Inc. Air and Space Force Solutions, located at Hill AFB, UT, is looking to hire a Security Professional in support of the Integration Support Contract (ISC). This position will work under the direction of the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and assist in the daily security operations of the Sentinel and MMIII programs in support of ISC. As a Security Professional your duties will include safeguarding classified material activities such as access control, identification of classified material, assigning Document Control Numbers (DCNs), proper handling of classified material, proper document marking IAW classified marking guides, briefing employees on security policies/procedures, and investigating and reporting security incidents. These duties will be performed while ensuring compliance with government and company security standards, policies/procedures, and directives.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Must currently possess Secret clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Experience working in a classified environment and with classified material
  • Familiarity with operating security databases, such as DISS/JPAS
  • Familiarization with DoD guidance, NISPOM, Security Classification Guides (SCGs), DD254s, and additional access caveats, such as SAP, CNWDI, RD, FRD, and NATO
  • Ability to understand, interpret, explain and apply regulations, directives, policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage time
  • Ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide focused solutions
  • Ability to comfortably represent the security team during customer interface
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with SAP, physical, personnel, information, and industrial security
  • Experience working with classified systems, such as JWICS, CV2, SIPR, etc.
  • Familiarity with NISS, SIMS, CCURE, JADE, etc.
