About The Position

Develop, implement and direct the Centene Corporation Executive Protection and Risk Management mission. Mitigate risk to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of designated executives. Respond to critical incidents to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of employees. Plan, coordinate and execute executive ground transportation responsibilities for designated Centene executives, including driving, scheduling, data collection and record keeping, and vehicle maintenance. Coordinate to implement best practices and strategies related to executive protection and security. Conduct travel risk assessments for designated executives. Responsible for protective operations, including personal protection, event security, ground and air transportation and personal assistance. Coordinate with a wide range of local, state and federal agencies. Identify groups, individuals and emerging technologies that may pose a threat to select executives. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years in executive protection/event security, law enforcement required.
  • Valid Driver's license and passport required.
  • LEOSA (HR 218) permit or ability to acquire the permit or related qualifications required.
  • Meet the qualifications required for certification as a Corporate Security Advisor (CSA) as defined in Missouri Code of State Regulations required.
  • Meet the qualifications required for certification as an Armed Security Officer (ASO) in accordance with the DCA Access Standard Security Program (DASSSP) required.
