About The Position

We are looking for a Security SME – Firewall & CyberArk to join the team of a global client in the banking industry. Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, and the successful candidate will sign the cooperation agreement directly with Optiveum.

The role involves defining firewall connectivity and validating CyberArk privileged-access requirements for applications. The Security SME will support security assessment, change approval and migration validation. The work model is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, and is full-time at 40 hours per week. Locations are Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia or Łódź. The rate is up to 135 PLN/h on a B2B basis.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls and network security.
• Experience with CyberArk / Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Knowledge of access control principles.
• Experience in security risk assessment.
• Understanding of security compliance requirements.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define firewall rules based on source, destination and ports.
• Validate CyberArk onboarding and privileged-access requirements for each application.
• Define required CyberArk-to-application firewall connectivity.
• Identify and assess alternative management access paths.
• Support security assessment, CRQ approval and migration validation.
• Ensure security controls and compliance evidence are in place.
