About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee security operations and ensure the safety of our premises and personnel. If you have a background in law enforcement or security, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory security-related role is required
• Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and surveillance operations
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Excellent conflict management skills
• Possession of relevant security certificates
• All candidates must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Applicants for all Aegis Protective Services positions are eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
• Strong background in law enforcement or military is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff
• Implement security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe environment
• Monitor surveillance equipment including CCTV systems
• Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly
• Provide training on security protocols
• Handle incidents and conflicts effectively
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents
