About The Position

Securitas is seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a corporate office campus. This position is ideal for a friendly, motivated self-starter who can work independently while providing exceptional customer service and leadership. The successful candidate will be capable of multitasking, adapting to changing priorities, and exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to effectively engage with employees, visitors, vendors, and senior leadership while representing both the client and Securitas with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior executives and corporate leadership.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience completing electronic reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous security, supervisory, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support security personnel assigned to the site.
  • Ensure all security operations are conducted in accordance with site policies, procedures, and post orders.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the corporate campus, including extended foot patrols both indoors and outdoors.
  • Monitor site activity and respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and client representatives.
  • Maintain a visible security presence and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare and review reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with onsite leadership regarding security matters, operational concerns, and emerging issues.
  • Assist with access control, visitor management, and facility security procedures.
  • Support training, coaching, and development of security officers as needed.
  • Adapt to changing site needs and priorities while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
