The Security Site Supervisor functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s). This role ensures that all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. The supervisor also notifies proper authorities and clients in emergency situations. Responsibilities include coaching and disciplining personnel, training Security Officers and other company personnel, assisting with payroll and personnel information submission, ensuring adequate post coverage, preparing and submitting reports, inspecting posts, and meeting with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. The role may also involve interviewing, orienting, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. Additionally, the supervisor may perform the duties of a Security Officer.
