This is a non-exempt supervisory position responsible for overseeing Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at assigned client site(s). The role involves ensuring post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed. The supervisor may also perform Security Officer duties as needed. Key responsibilities include assigning work, coaching, discipline, training, assisting with payroll and personnel information, ensuring adequate post coverage, preparing reports, inspecting posts, and meeting with client representatives. The position also involves carrying out supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations.
