The Security Site Supervisor functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s). The role ensures that all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. The supervisor notifies proper authorities and clients in emergency situations, and coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate, seeking advice from company management when needed. This role involves training Security Officers and other personnel, reviewing post orders, and assisting with payroll and personnel information submission. The Security Site Supervisor also ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions, prepares and submits various reports, inspects posts, and meets with subordinates to outline tasks. Additionally, the supervisor meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. Supervisory duties may include interviewing, orienting, training, planning, assigning, directing work, coaching, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The role may also perform the duties of a Security Officer.
