About The Position

DSI Security Services is hiring an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead our security team in the Moline, IL / Davenport, IA area. This is an opportunity to put your leadership skills to work, overseeing daily security operations, coaching and supporting security officers, working directly with clients, and helping ensure a safe, secure, and professional environment. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1–3 years of security supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable means of communication
• Ability to perform routine foot patrols
• Ability to perform moderate lifting
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening
• Must meet applicable state, county, and local security licensing requirements
• Criminal background check
• Motor vehicle record check
• Drug screening

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and support a team of security officers
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure post coverage
• Assign patrol areas and security responsibilities
• Monitor officer performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Train, mentor, and assist with onboarding new security officers
• Ensure security officers follow DSI policies, client requirements, post orders, and established procedures
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property
• Conduct routine site and foot patrols
• Identify and address safety hazards and security concerns
• Respond appropriately to security incidents and ensure proper reporting
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, visitors, and the public
• Help maintain strong client relationships through reliable and professional service
• Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures
• Lead by example and maintain a professional security presence at all times
