About The Position

We are hiring a Security Site Supervisor to lead operations at a 504 HPW site in Lowell, MA. This is a large, steady account with a structured post environment focused on access control and screening at a single entrance post. There are no patrol requirements, making this a consistent site that depends on strong leadership, reliability, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of security supervision or management experience
• Experience managing large teams
• Familiarity with payroll/timekeeping systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage routine operations effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage a 24/7 security operation (504 hours per week)
• Build and maintain schedules to ensure full site coverage
• Oversee payroll and timekeeping accuracy
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of security officers
• Maintain a professional relationship with the client
• Ensure all officers follow established screening and access procedures
• Handle call-offs, staffing gaps, and performance management
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts
