Fluidstack is seeking a Security Site Lead to own accountability for every security system, process, and policy at their site, serving as the single leader responsible for its overall security posture. This role acts as the on-site escalation point for any issue in which security is a stakeholder, whether it originates in physical security, IT, construction, operations, or a customer-facing concern. The Security Site Lead will ensure the guard force, access control, and camera systems on-site are operating as designed, holding contracted vendors accountable to policy and SLA without running their shift-level operations. They will drive incident response at the site from first notification through resolution and after-action reporting, pulling in the right internal teams and vendors as the situation demands. Additionally, the role involves enforcing site security policy and standards, identifying gaps between what's documented and what's actually happening on the ground, and driving corrective action to close them. The Security Site Lead will represent security in site-level planning and decision-making, ensuring security requirements are accounted for in construction, deployment, and operational changes at their site.
