About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring a full-time Security Site Lead in Fairview, Oregon. The role leads and supports a team of security officers, promotes compliance with post orders and company protocols, and helps maintain safe, well-covered client sites. The Site Lead responds to incidents, handles emergency situations, trains and coaches officers, and maintains accurate operational and personnel documentation. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at $23.00 per hour. Former military and law enforcement candidates are encouraged to apply. Securitas provides regional and area management support for employee growth and advancement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced computer and technology skills.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organization skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Willingness to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior supervisor or lead experience preferred.
• Former military or law enforcement experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist with submitting payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
