About The Position

Marksman Security is looking for a Security Site Director for a high-end mall who is a proven leader for ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of all personnel, property, and operations within a hospitality environment. This position blends security management with oversight of hospitality operations, requiring both operational knowledge and strong supervisory skills. The supervisor serves as the primary on-site security leader, coordinating security staff, enforcing safety protocols, and preventing unauthorized access. Our supervisors work closely with warehouse management to integrate security measures into day-to-day operations. Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly with staff. You will be managing a team of no more than 20 security professionals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum one year of security experience required.
  • Minimum of one year of proven security leadership role
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving history Required
  • Required High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be able to pass pre employment background check, drug test, and MVR
  • Must be able to obtain a NC PPSB Security License once hired
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
