Security Shift Supervisor – Warehouse - Laredo Area - 2 Shift
About The Position
Marksman Security is seeking a Licensed Security Shift Supervisor for a 2nd shift position in the Laredo Area, specifically for a Pharmaceutical Warehouse. The shift supervisor is the primary on-site security leader for their designated shift, responsible for coordinating security staff, enforcing safety protocols, and preventing unauthorized access. This role involves close collaboration with warehouse management to integrate security measures into daily operations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly with staff. This position will oversee a team of 2-4 security professionals and requires the ability to perform various physical activities for extended periods.
Requirements
- TX Level II Security License
- TX Driver’s License
- Security, Industrial or Logistics background
- Minimum of two years in security
- Minimum of 6 months to one year in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of Kelaris – Truck Dock – Bay System
- Knowledge of MS Suite
- Knowledge of Track-Tic
- Ability to lead teams
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff
