This Security Shift Supervisor role involves overseeing Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to post orders, completion of established rounds, and timely filing of required reports, as well as notifying authorities and clients during emergencies. Key duties include coaching, disciplining, and training staff, assisting with payroll and personnel information, ensuring adequate post coverage, preparing various reports, inspecting posts, and engaging with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. The position also encompasses various supervisory HR functions such as interviewing, orienting, planning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and making hiring and termination recommendations. The supervisor may also be required to perform the duties of a Security Officer.
