The Guest Safety Supervisor reports to the Guest Safety Manager to whom he/she is responsible to for the fulfillment of the function and responsibilities of the position. This role involves maintaining adequate staffing levels, preparing weekly work schedules, completing performance appraisals, monitoring and controlling access to sensitive areas, initiating emergency procedures, ensuring the property is patrolled, assisting in enforcing laws and company policies, performing 86 procedures and arrests when necessary, taking immediate action on critical situations, ensuring constant patrol and coverage by officers, maintaining training levels, reviewing and approving shift reports, and interacting with management on liability matters.
