About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services during an assigned shift at a customer site. The supervisor serves as a liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

This overnight position is scheduled from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The listed pay is $21.00 per hour. Supervisory experience is required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels and the general public.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Licensing may be required before employment, depending on state or local laws and regulations.
• For driving positions: valid driver’s license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record meeting the stated standards, required minimum insurance, and ability to safely operate a vehicle. A driver’s record check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written reports and logs.
