Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Has 2+ years of prior relevant experience: Security operations, government, or private industry experience in the security field, including previous experience preparing risk assessments and operational security plans, and conducting safety reviews and after-action reports
• Successfully attend and pass CPR/AED response simulation as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Manage security and support staff team members during day-to-day operations and activations.
• Build and develop highly effective teams through interviewing and hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, performance reviews and professional development.
• Execute department strategic goals and operational tactics to deliver excellent safety service.
• Execute Guest Service standard policies and procedures to address guest questions and concerns.
• Acts as the Incident Commander during critical incidents and is responsible for establishing emergency response objectives and strategies and implementing tactics until Senior Leadership or Law Enforcement arrives.
