Requirements

Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
Must have a valid driver's license and be 21+ years of age.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
Must be flexible and team oriented.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Must be reliable.
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Help carry out daily tasks at the site.
Assist with training completion.
Enforce policies and procedures set forth by Sunstates Security Handbook and the SOPM/Post Orders.
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
