Acting as a visible presence and first line of response, you’ll play a critical role in addressing security concerns, responding to emergencies, and supporting life safety efforts. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues
- Watch over alarm systems and surveillance cameras
- Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle
- Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed
- Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents
- Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls
- Attend and pass all required training, including legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED
- Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment
