About The Position

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs while complying with the organization’s strategies, business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply advanced advising skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

• Experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
• Experience working with messy, real-world data, including cleaning, transforming, and joining datasets, to support application or model development
• Experience using AI or GenAI tools such as LLM engineering to build or enhance applications
• Knowledge of security services, including physical security, risk detection, or counterintelligence workflows
• Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python
• Bachelor's degree
• U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines by leveraging platforms such as Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
• Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks, including hallucination, security, or bias, in real implementations
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
• Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build vs. buy decisions and business impacts such as ROI or efficiency
