About The Position

Alert 360 is seeking a Video Surveillance & Security Consultant to be the face of the company, selling a range of solutions including Stand-Alone Camera Systems (CCTV), Solar Mobile Surveillance Trailers, Powered Live Video Monitoring Hardware, Security, and Smart Home Automation to both businesses and homes. This role offers unlimited income potential and flexible working hours in the fastest-growing segment of the security industry.

Requirements

• B2B, Outside Sales, Self lead generation is REQUIRED
• Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals.
• Desire and drive to make money and be successful.
• Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations.
• Must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone.
• Comfortable working for 100% commission.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Weekend and evening availability!
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Outbound sales: 1 year (Required)
• Language: English (Required)

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
• Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers.
