About The Position

We are seeking a Security Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects focused on physical security, access control, low voltage, and network-integrated security systems. This role will oversee security-related scopes including CCTV, badge access systems, electronic locking, structured cabling, and integrated security technologies across complex commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of low voltage and security systems combined with hands-on project management experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing security, low voltage, or access control projects
  • Strong understanding of: Physical security systems, Access control platforms, CCTV and surveillance technologies, Electronic door hardware and locking systems, Low voltage and structured cabling infrastructure
  • Experience coordinating security systems within active construction environments
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project scopes simultaneously
  • Familiarity with network-connected security systems and coordination with IT teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with systems such as Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Honeywell, CCURE, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience supporting data centers, manufacturing facilities, airports, healthcare, or other high-security environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of security and low voltage projects from planning through commissioning and closeout
  • Oversee installation and coordination of: Access control systems, CCTV and surveillance systems, Electronic key locking and door hardware, Structured cabling and low voltage infrastructure, Network-integrated security systems
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, IT teams, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with design specifications and security requirements
  • Support testing, integration, troubleshooting, and final turnover activities
  • Maintain project safety, quality, and documentation standards throughout delivery
