As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and support access awareness while remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role blends customer service, communication, and teamwork in a dynamic environment where reliability, integrity, and innovation help people come first.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report suspicious behavior, restricted area concerns, or other security-related issues.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership by following post orders, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and assisting with incident reports and/or shift activity logs.
